RETURNS

Due to pieces being made to order, BTG Creation is currently unable to offer returns or exchanges.
If your item is damaged or you’ve been sent the wrong size, please reach out to us at info@btgcreation.com 

SHIPPING

Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx. Please expect a 2-5 day shipping window.
International orders will be shipped via DHL. Please expect up to 14 days for shipping.
BTG Creation is not responsible for customs clearances charges. All fees are separate from DHL shipping costs. 
If your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
